This is a teaser to a short film about man who created a home inside a water tank 30 feet in the sky... along the PCH just outside of Los Angeles, CA. His quest to share a life learned message of love, God... and how to make something out of nothing. His home is a work of art... and so is the size of his heart. Tachowa Covington opened up his life to two photographers who spent time documenting him in the Fall of 2008. The story only starts there...
